Good general overview of sciatica and pirifornis syndrome, though simplistic at times. The stretches are good and will work for most people. However, they don’t help to strengthen and stabilize around the joint as well as the pnf-based Piriformis Fix (from Dr Camden Clay) that we use in the Muscle Balancing class, in my opinion.
