The class at the Upledger Institute was cancelled due to the hurricane. However, I had two excellent CST sessions with a therapist that worked with John Upledger himself and who teaches all over the world, including the CST Aquatic program in the Bahamas. It was a very strong affirmation for me! She works very similar to the way that I work AND how I teach my students. It was a confirmation that I am on track and have been on the right track all these years. It was great to hang out by the ocean for awhile, too. Now I’ve got to make my way to Orlando, so I can get on a plane back to the Ozarks. Hurricane Irma is approaching.
