If You Feel Thankful, Write It Down. It’s Good For Your Health
Get yourself a gift this season, a Gratitude Journal. It doesn’t have to be fancy. It can be anything with paper that you can write in. At night before going to bed, think of one, two, or three things/people/situations that you’re grateful for. And write it down. It feels good! And it’s a great way to head off to bed, letting go of the stress of the day/week/life for awhile Try it. I have. It works!
