What’s the Best Diet?


I always felt that the best diet is the one that you stick with. In other words, pick one and stay with it for the long haul, rather than try one for a few weeks, then go off of it for awhile, and then try another one. That just doesn’t work.

Having said that, there are lots of diets out there, and they all have their pros and cons. And none of them is perfect for everyone. We’re all very different.

This is a comprehensive review of many of the diets out there from U.S.News, though I think it ought to rate the heart-healthy criteria higher than the weight-loss criteria. My opinion. What do you think?
