We had a lively, full, and fulfilling Cranial-Sacral Therapy Training this weekend in Fayetteville. Considering that I was dealing with some physical as well as family challenges this past week, I was a bit concerned.
Then it all seemed to come together. An awesome group of therapists came in, my energy picked up, and all those challenges faded away in the beauty of sphenoid releases and lumbosacral traction. Wonderful therapists trying their hand at all the CST techniques, some re-learning techniques with the ROLMT flavor, and all of them acing it!
There were many releases – physical, mental, emotional. And commitments from all to start using the techniques with their clients right away.
Now all I’ve got to do is release this congestion in my head 🙂 It waited until the completion of the class to rear its ugly head in my own. Fortunately, I don’t have too much to do today…except play some music at a concert…
