Can Direct-Indirect Technique help you play tennis like Michael Jackson?
I can’t guarantee that you or your clients will be able to play tennis like Michael Jackson, but hundreds of massage therapists have seen their practice thrive after learning and using the Direct-Indirect Techniques (DIT).
DIT is a blend of the best myofascial, neuromuscular, cranial-sacral, and hybrid bodywork techniques into one highly effective toolbox.
The tools you learn and use in these classes range from very deep to very gentle, and I teach you how to use the best techniques for each condition to give your clients the relief they need.

The wonderful part of our job is to have a client walk in the door with extremely tight muscles (along with compensations elsewhere in the body) and walk out with myofascial tissue that is soft, supple, hydrated, and free of restrictions.
That’s a happy client! Standard massage techniques are very beneficial, but they don’t fully release deep, chronic myofascial restrictions. Without DIT, the tissue can quickly rubber-band back to where it was before.
With DIT training, you leave with tools that you will use every day for the rest of your career.
Stay well,
John
