Cranial-Sacral Therapy and the Central Nervous System

Here’s a short video we did to show how the Cranial-Sacral System is interconnected with the Central Nervous System – AND with everything else:

Using the CST techniques, you can work on people with almost any condition, even some who would normally be contraindicated. The techniques are gentle, and they’re easy on you, too, so you can keep working comfortably as long as you want to.

These are real tools that you can use – right away in your practice. I’ve taught hundreds of therapists how to successfully incorporate CST into their practice and help lots and lots of clients. The classes are very hands-on! The techniques are very practical. And we like to have some fun along the way.

Cranial-Sacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle therapeutic modality that can have a powerful healing effect on clients with all kinds of conditions. We’ll teach you how to use CST with the other techniques you already use and how to do a full CST session.

CST focuses on releasing restrictions in the cranial bones and along the spine and sacrum, as well as in the dural fascia around the brain and spinal cord. This allows for free flow of the cerebrospinal fluid, which helps to keep the central nervous system functioning optimally, which in turn helps to maintain a healthy balance in the rest of the system – all the muscles, fascia, etc.

See you in class!
Stay well,
