We had a lovely time in Hot Springs with the therapists in the Cranial-Sacral Therapy class this week. It started out a little slow, as I described how the CST techniques work. There were a few puzzled faces. As they started playing with the techniques, the light bulbs above their heads started to go on. By the end of the day, it was all making sense. And several therapists were feeling the CS rhythm, the therapeutic pulse, and much more. But it wasn’t until we got to the Complete Protocol that some of the therapists really ‘got it’. Even then, there were a couple that weren’t sure what it was they were feeling. But when their partners shared about their extraordinary releases on the table, they really started to trust the techniques and what they were feeling. It happens in every class. It’s always a beautiful thing for me to watch!
