Muscle Anatomy and Assessment

Did you ever want to tell a client what specific muscles were tight but you couldn’t remember the name of the muscles? Or exactly what actions they performed? Did you ever have a client that needed laser-focused work to help a painful area but you weren’t sure exactly which muscles were involved? This class provides a fun, hands-on refresher of the major muscles and muscle groups that massage therapists work on: what the muscles do, what happens when they are overworked, how to assess when they’re tight before your client even gets on the table. The goal is to make it quicker and easier to see what’s going on with your clients and communicate that clearly to them. The results: more effective massage sessions and more repeat clients. This is a hands-on 18-hour training. And like all ROLMT classes, it is approved by the AR Department of Health and the NCBTMB. See you in class, John
