This class gives you the tools to help yourself and your clients strengthen and balance the muscles, tendons, and fascia around the joints. Strong, balanced muscles provide more stability, less chance of injury, and quicker recovery times. You will learn and practice Targeted Muscle Testing, Quick Self Fixes, and highly beneficial Connective Tissue Stretches.
