Muscle Balancing and Joint Stabilization Class at the Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center in Fayetteville
I did a condensed Muscle Balancing and Joint Stabilization class last weekend at the Arkansas Yoga and Therapy Center in Fayetteville. It was such a fun group of yoga teachers and trainees. A wonderful, enthusiastic, and sweet energy. I enjoyed myself thoroughly. The participants could easily see how the Quick Self Fixes would help them and their yoga students.
