Sleeping Position Can Reduce Risk of Alzheimer’s


So many people have asked me over the years, “What’s the best sleep position?” In this article, the author mentions many of the things I tell my clients. He also references research results showing how important a good night’s sleep is for the brain. It helps the Glymphatic system (with a ‘g’) clean your brain cells. Everyone wants clean brain cells, right?! The research also states that the most ideal sleep position for this glymphatic ‘brain drain’ is side-sleeping. That’s right – Side-Sleeping!
