Eat your fats! Of course, it makes sense, since the brain and so much other important tissue is primarily made up of fat. This article and study ignores healthier fats, such as olive oil, fish, avocados, nuts, and seeds. But I guess most people get their fats from other animal products. It doesn’t mention much about protein. However, the gist is that a diet high in carbohydrates and low in good fats (and protein) is associated with shorter lifespan.
