Wonderful Cranial-Sacral Therapy Training in Conway
We had a wonderful Cranial-Sacral Therapy training in Conway this past weekend. It was especially sweet to have a few therapists who had taken this class with me several years ago, as well as a couple who had taken CST through the Upledger Institute and elsewhere. They brought an understanding of CST and the light touch that helped therapists new to CST to “get it” faster and feel the releases in their partners’ cranial bones and dural fascia with more ease. They were able to enhance their CST skillset along the way, as well. We had a great time together! Wonderful therapists!
